Description of the Museum

The Städtische Museum Abteiberg is a museum for the fine arts of the 20th and 21st centuries and shows among others works of Joseph Beuys, Richard Serra, Andy Warhol, Sigmar Polke, Gerhard Richter, Heinz Mack and Ulrich Rückriem.

New building opened 1982; arquitect: Hans Hollein.
