Typically Munich!

Just in time for the 850th anniversary of the city our new and exciting permanent exhibition Typisch München! (Typically Munich!) will open. City history will be presented from a completely new perspective in the newly decorated galleries on three floors of the historical arsenal. Highlights from our collections which illustrate the characteristic and the “typical” in Munich will be on display with exhibits ranging from the collar bone of Henry the Lion up to the 21th century soccer arena in Fröttmaning.
