A Shared Place - Sculptures and Objects

From 24 June to 5 November, 2006 the Lentos Museum of Modern Art in Linz will, for the first time, be showing a representative selection of its collection of sculptures and objects, which totals 450 exhibits altogether, in the great hall. The exhibition will serve as an opportunity to take stock of a collection that has taken shape over a period of fifty years and is the result of a policy of continual acquisition which was pursued under four curators.

Description of the Museum

The collection of the art museum contains works from the areas painting, sculpure and object art, works on paper and photographies (e.g. A. Rodtschenko, Man Ray, H.Bayer).
