Description of the Museum

The collections include European and non-European arts and crafts from the beginnings until the present. The textile collection is especially extensive.

The GRASSI Museum at the Johannisplatz is under reconstruction until 2005. Meanwhile the exhibitions take place in the interim building at Neumarkt.
