30 November 2006 – 4 February 2007 com@home. From yesterday to the day after tomorrow of home decoration and communications cultureOur own home has always been the centre of our life and of our relationship network. The rapid development of modern communication techniques during the last fifty years has therefore not gone by without leaving a trace on everyday life in our own four walls. The exhibition, sponsored by T-Com, invites the visitor to explore the development of the communications and home décor-culture from the fifties up until the present time:From the first remote control on the couch table to the newest gadgets of the modern home technique - the visitors can try these out themselves with the aid of interactive installations. Current and historical film clips, in which the videophone plays an important role, show a vision of the future.
