Raqs Media Collective: The KD Vyas Correspondence: Vol. 1

The installation is based on a set of extraordinary meetings of the three Indian media artists of Raqs Media Collective with KD Vyas, the author of the great Indian epic Mahabharata. He flooded the artists with questions and statements by emails, calls and other media. They began to answer and collate this correspondence. In 18 video installations, which refer to the 18 chapters of the Mahabharata, the correspondence has been transformed into an audiovisual event. Scouts guide the visitors through the exhibition and invite them to get to know the Mahabharata and pass it on.
