Description of the Museum

The collection of the New Masters Gallery is one of the most important modern art museums in Germany. Among the attractions of the New Masters Gallery are, in particular, the works of German painters of the Romantic period (Caspar David Friedrich, Carl Gustav Carus, Ernst Ferdinand Oehme and Ludwig Richter, among others)
